Diamond Fabrics Limited is looking for an Executive Rebate for its Treasury Department who will be responsible for managing export rebate and duty drawback processes, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely realization of rebate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export rebate and duty drawback cases through Weboc and PSW, including GD downloads, E-Form entries, realization verification, and case status monitoring.
- Maintain proper records of A/R invoices, export payments, rebate claims, realizations, pending cases, and discrepancies.
- Prepare complete documentation sets for rebate cases, including invoices, Form-E/financial instruments, bills of lading, and GDs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with banks for export payment realization, missing settlements, SBP reporting, A1O1/A2O2 statements, and bank advices.
- Review export rebate entries in SAP and process duty drawback cases where required.
- Liaise with Export, Accounts, Banks, Customs, and Karachi Office to ensure smooth processing, reconciliation, and compliance of rebate cases.
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA / B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance)
3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, export documentation, rebate/duty drawback handling, or banking coordination.Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
