Key Areas:

• Marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for the Eye Care product portfolio.
• Product positioning.
• New product launches, line extensions, and portfolio optimization.
• In-depth market research.
• Sales team product training, promotional tools, and strategies to enhance performance.
• Managing budgets for marketing activities and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Monitoring campaign expenditures and ensure adherence to the approved budget.

Eligibility:

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in product management or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or ophthalmic division.

Education:

Bachelors/MBA degree in pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
