WE ARE Hiring HR EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

• B.Com or any Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1 year of HR/admin experience
• Experience using FlowHCM (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Track daily attendance using FlowHCM
• Manage leave requests and balances via FlowHCM
• Provide accurate salary input data (attendance & leave)
• Support basic HR processes (onboarding, exit, etc.)
• Maintain employee records in FlowHCM and files
• Respond to employee queries on HR policies
• Assist in recruitment coordination and documentation

Skills Required:

• Familiarity with FlowHCM or other HR software
• MS Office proficiency
• Good communication & organization
• Confidentiality and attention to detail
