Key Responsibilities:
ยท Prepare and update weekly and monthly production plans in alignment with forecasts.
ยท Analyze planning data and generate weekly/monthly reports and performance reports for review.
ยท Coordinate closely with the procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.
ยท Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to prevent delays or stakeouts.
ยท Identify and assess supply chain risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies where necessary.
ยท Support and contribute to process optimization, including workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
ยท Ensure accurate and timely updates of planning data in system.
Requirements:
ยท MBA / BBA โ Supply Chain from a reputable university.
ยท 3โ5 years of relevant experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
ยท Strong command of Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
ยท Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
ยท Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
