Position : Manager Export – International Business

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess new export markets.
• Develop and onboard international partners.
• Create region-specific sales strategies.
• Manage export business plans and forecasts.
• Represent company at global trade shows/events.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate product localization for target markets.
• Build and maintain client/partner relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments for order execution.
• Monitor sales KPIs and report to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in export sales/business development, preferably within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sector.
• Experience with global market development and documentation.
• Exposure to international trade exhibitions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Open to international travel.
