We are seeking passionate, reliable, and results-driven individual with a 02-04 years of experience in marketing and adequate academic record to join our team as “Sr. Marketing Officer/ Executive” in our north and south regions.
EDUCATION: MBA (Marketing)
EXPERIENCE: 02-04 Years of Experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the HOD in enhancing marketing and branding performance, aligning with the region’s unique needs.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and optimal assortment at Third Party Retailers (TPRs).
- Identify and document potential branding opportunities in regional TPRs.
- Conduct consumer surveys to gather insights on local market preferences, behaviors, and tastes, and analyze results to refine marketing strategies.
- Ensure all branding executions such as, OOH campaigns, new shop launches, TPR branding, and activations, strictly adhere to brand guidelines.
- Assist in developing social media and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns.
- Organize and oversee regional events, trade shows, and activations while evaluating their effectiveness.
- Monitor competitor activities, including promotions, branding, and engagement strategies in the region.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing and branding effectiveness.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information.
