We’re looking for an Assistant Manager R&D Manager to to lead and manage end-to-end R&D projects from concept ideation to commercial execution in the flexible packaging domain.

What you’ll do:

Lead R&D projects from concept to commercialization in flexible packaging.

Develop innovative materials, laminates, coatings, and sustainable structures.

Collaborate across departments to ensure successful execution and alignment.

Drive cost-efficient trials, ensure compliance, and maintain detailed documentation.
