We Are Hiring Assistant Manager – Audio/Video Producer/Editor (Islamabad)
The Audio/Video Producer/Editor is responsible for the professional production and post-production of high-quality video and audio content for digital courses. This role will direct faculty during recording sessions, perform advanced audio/video editing, ensure technical excellence, and be comfortable creating supplementary graphics, animations, and illustrations. This individual will also supervise and quality-assure the work of interns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in film production, Media Arts, Broadcasting, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production and post-production, with a strong portfolio showcasing editing, motion graphics, and animation skills – preferably in an educational or corporate training environment.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Proficiency with audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition). Strong understanding of video and audio compression formats, codecs, and delivery for web. Demonstrated ability to direct non-professional talent (faculty) in a studio setting. Excellent eye for detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and creative problem-solving skills. Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and principles. Experience with studio lighting, camera operation, and microphone techniques.
