TENDER COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing tender processes, ensuring all tenders are evaluated, prepared, and submitted on time. This role also involves preparing and updating various client quotations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess tender requirements and coordinate all activities related to tender evaluation, preparation, and submission.
• Review and organize all necessary documents to ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Prepare and update multiple quotations for various clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
• Track and monitor deadlines and key milestones to maintain strict adherence to timelines.
• Maintain organized records of all tenders and quotations, including submission dates, client feedback, and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender coordination or bid management.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Must be proactive and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
