Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, a knack for negotiating the best deals, and the ability to ensure timely procurement of essential parts and supplies for smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase machine parts, electrical items, general supplies, pipes, fittings, industrial valves, etc. from local markets
- Collect quotations from vendors and prepare comparative analysis
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery as per PO timelines
- Support repair and maintenance work for IT equipment, plant machinery, and motors
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (relevant field preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
