Positions/Vacancies:
- Front Office Engineer (Lahore)
Scope of Work:
- The First Level Operation and Maintenance, Surveillance and monitoring on RAN OSS/BSS for Huawei RAN (2G, 3G & 4G). (iManager M2000/U2000, RNC, PRS etc.)
- Escalation of network KPI’s to management along with 1st level degradation analysis.
- Coordination between power and Field teams in order to recover outage.
- Basic hardware structure knowledge of BSC6900/RNC (6900/6910).
- LSL and HSL knowledge for troubleshooting and analysis before escalation to 2nd level.
- Alarm automation tool development experience.
- Trouble ticket and shift report generation for handover.
- Work on Locating the fault on Huawei specific knowledge.(E1 loop break testing, BER testing, BTS3012/3900/DBS3900/3G-LTE hardware knowledge, BSC Boards etc.)
- Hands-on experience in using different types of escalation to field and NOC’s internal teams.
- Validate tool’s logic / reports & results by simulating real life examples of degraded KPI’s, alarms etc.
- Coordination with ongoing UMTS & LTE projects for a first level and 2nd level operation.
