WE ARE HIRING Senior Manager – Operational Risk

Department: Risk

Years of Experience required: Minimum 8 Years of relevant experience

Qualification: Bachelors in Finance/Economics or related field. Master’s would be preferred.

Location: Karachi

1. Implementing the operational risk system for across the bank which requires dedicated man-hours as the workflows are being developed from scratch in line with the ERMF which has developed keeping in view the internationally accredited best practices. This shall cover system coverage and implementation for all businesses and functions as per the Principle-Risk Types and their respective Risk Framework Owners. This also shall cover the implementation of over-arching risks as per ERMF.
2. Lead the implementation of RCSAs which shall include implementation of process, training the first line teams and risk framework owners on their roles and responsibilities, and both annual and trigger based RCSA reviews.
3. Oversee the Business resilience risk as a second line of defense and its compliance with the regulatory framework.
4. Assist the Head OR in review of bank-wide frameworks, policies, procedures, and other documents in the bank from second line reviewer perspective.
