Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of experience in operational risk management within the banking/financial services sector to strengthen our Risk Management function.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across all business units.
Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and Loss Event Data processes.
Partner with stakeholders to embed a strong risk culture into daily operations.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, Basel standards, and internal governance.
Prepare and present risk reports for senior management and regulators.
