Job Opportunities: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is executing a World Bank-funded project titled “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab Province.

Positions at PRMSC Head Office (PRMSC-HO)

1. Manager Operations (South-I, South-II, North, Centre)

Number of Posts: 4
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, Finance, or BSc Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical).
Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in project management, operations management, and infrastructure development.
- At least 3 years of field experience in similar projects/assignments in a comparable capacity and organizations with similar working conditions.

2. Management Trainee Officer (Water Quality)

Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (Hons) Degree in Chemistry or BS Chemical Engineering.

Positions at PRMSC Tehsil Office (PRMSC-TO)

These positions are available in the following tehsils: Noorpur Thal (Khushab), Isa Khel (Mianwali), Kot Momin (Sargodha), Kallar Kahar (Chakwal), Darya Khan (Bhakkar), Pakpattan (Pakpattan), Bhawana (Chiniot), Ahmed Pur Sial (Jhang), Rojhan (Rajanpur), Liaqat Pur (Rahimyar Khan), Taunsa (DG Khan), Kahor Pakka (Lodhran), Khairpur Tamewali (Bahawalpur), Ali Pur (Muzaffargarh), Bahawalnagar (Bahawalnagar), and Shujabad (Multan).

1. Deputy Manager (Infrastructure & Services)

Number of Posts: 1
Qualifications:
- BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar projects/assignments in a comparable capacity, particularly in matters related to environmental safeguards.

2. Research Analyst (Environment/Social Safeguards)

Number of Posts: 4
Qualifications:
- BS in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, or Social Sciences.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in environmental safeguards or related fields.

The degree must be recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
All positions are contract-based. The initial contract period is 3 years (extendable based on performance), while the Management Trainee Officer position is for 6 months on a temporary basis.
No TA/DA will be provided for tests/interviews.
