Job Title: Administration and Facility Manager
Location: Head Office Lahore
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure upkeep and functionality of all office facilities including buildings, common areas, and utilities.
- Manage housekeeping staff and maintain high cleanliness standards across all premises, including executive areas.
- Oversee repair and maintenance works for plumbing and carpentry, in coordination with maintenance staff or external vendors.
- Supervise kitchen services including pantry operations, meal planning, hygiene standards, and staff scheduling for both general and executive kitchens.
- Administer telephone exchange systems, ensuring internal connectivity and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and control courier dispatch and mailroom operations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
- Oversee front desk operations, visitor management, and coordination with reception staff.
- Manage and supervise office attendants and support staff, ensuring discipline, proper dress code, and timely performance.
- Liaise with government and local departments such as LDA, WASA, LESCO, SNGPL, EPA, and others for operational compliance and coordination.
Additionally, the Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing:
- Transport Section Management
- Store & Inventory Management
- Vendor & Staff Supervision
- Petty Cash Management
Qualification/Education/Experience
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in administration, preferably in multi-site management.
- Strong knowledge of transport, facility, inventory, and vendor management.
- Proficient in MS Office and facility/HRMIS systems.
