Vacancy Announcement: A public sector non-profit company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, located in Islamabad, is seeking qualified individuals for the following contract-based positions:
1) Chief Financial Officer
The candidate must possess the necessary qualifications as per the Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules 2013. They must be a member of a recognized professional body of accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or hold a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Ideally, the candidate should not be more than 40 years old.
2) Company Secretary
The candidate must meet qualifications outlined in the Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules. He/She should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries. Alternatively, the candidate may hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce, or be a law graduate from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Ideally, the candidate should not be older than 40 years.
3) Accounts Manager
The candidate must have an MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or a related field) from an HEC-recognized university, with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certifications. Ideally, the candidate should not be older than 35 years.
4) Finance and Business Development Officer
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Project Management, Economics, or any related field from an HEC-recognized university. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. Ideally, the candidate should not be more than 30 years of age.
5) Data Analytics Professional
A Bachelor’s (preferably a Master’s) degree in Data Analysis or a related field such as Management Information Systems or Business Intelligence from a reputable, HEC-recognized university is required. The candidate must have at least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in the energy sector. The maximum age is 47 years as of the date of application.
Salary Package, Tenure, and Application Procedure
The company offers market-based remuneration. The contract is extendable based on satisfactory performance.
