Position: Executive Capitalization – IP Metro Operations

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE

To plan, design, implement and execute various capacities planning and upgradations required in the IP network. Reporting and management of change management if work orders along with the general shift duty related to operations and maintenance of the core network. On the Development side incumbent will look after execution of the project implementation plan according to assigned scope of work.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Compliance to change management Procedure PIB-004 – Change activities in the IP network should be documented as per PIB-004, work orders maintained and all changes to be evaluated and vetted by change owner`s supervisor to ensure fault free service to customers.
Configurational network management
Network Operational Optimization
Ticket Management and root cause identification
Network automation management
Deployment activities management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

BSC Engineering in Electrical / Telecom/ Networks / Electronics.
CCNA or any IP certification will be added advantage
Strong understanding of the IP / CDN networks and SNMP management and automation.
