Position: Manager Carrier Solutions Collection

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Representation of PTCL Group as a domain and product expert and own the product vision and feature roadmap for ICT Products.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

The role will be responsible for managing the collection efforts at zonal level for Carrier & Wholesale business, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of dues from customers.
The role will involve customer engagement, process improvement and implementation to achieve collection targets.
The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintain regular dashboards and metrics to track customer wise performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, resolving disputes and negotiating payment plans.
Ensuring compliance to company`s SOPs and collection mechanism.
Track and analyze collection performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualification: Master`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Relevant Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in account management, credit management, collection preferably in the telecom industry.

Position: Senior Manager MSSP (Services & Network Security)

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

The Sr. Manager of MSSP Services & Network Security will be responsible for managing and delivering advanced security services across network infrastructure for a diverse set of clients.
This role includes leading the services and operations of security services, designing security architectures, ensuring service delivery excellence, and managing network security frameworks.
The Sr. Manager will oversee Security Operations Centers (SOC), lead incident response efforts, and manage security compliance while ensuring continuous improvement of both managed security and network security services.
This position plays a vital role in leading and driving process improvement, internal and external audit compliances, ISO compliances w.r.t industry-standard certifications (i.e. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard), CSA (Cloud Security Alliance), ISO (International Standards Organization), for MSSP & Network Security functions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field. (Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology is preferred).
Relevant certifications, including:

> CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

> CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)

> CCNP Security (Cisco Certified Network Professional Security)

> CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)

Experiences

8-10 years of hands-on and managerial experience in cybersecurity particularly in Network & Infrastructure Security, SOC, Incident response, and VAPT.
Relevant vendor-specific certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within the MSP/MSSP partner ecosystems.
Extensive experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Strong experience in pre-sales technical support and customer-facing roles, showcasing the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
