Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement production plans in coordination with relevant departments.
Monitor line balancing, takt time, and productivity improvement initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements for optimal performance.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Prepare and present production performance reports and KPIs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
Implement continuous improvement tools such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
Supervise and manage shop floor teams to ensure smooth operations.

𝐐̲𝐮̲𝐚̲𝐥̲𝐢̲𝐟̲𝐢̲𝐜̲𝐚̲𝐭̲𝐢̲𝐨̲𝐧̲𝐬̲ ̲&̲ ̲𝐒̲𝐤̲𝐢̲𝐥̲𝐥̲𝐬̲:̲

BE in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong understanding of production processes and engineering concepts (e.g., takt time, line balancing).
Hands-on experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Effective communication and coordination skills.

2-4 years of relevant experience in production/industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
