Procon Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (Master Group of Companies) is seeking resumes for the position of Deputy General Manager – Operations for its Lahore / Faisalabad plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all production activities meet quality standards, work instructions, procedures, and customer requirements.

Enhance operational efficiency and productivity using available resources.

Instrument process-based approaches and risk-based thinking in daily operations.

Implement Lean, problem analysis approach & Kaizen initiatives to drive process efficiency, reduce waste, and improve takt time.

Monitor key production KPIs (OEE, defect rates, manpower efficiency) and ensure on-time delivery performance.

Apply 5S, safety protocols, and continuous staff training to maintain a disciplined, safe, and skilled work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

BE / BS or ME / MS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

Well aware of Production processes.

Excellent written & verbal communication.

Good presentation skills.

Experience:

15–20 years in Production, preferably from the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Production Manager in planning, managing, and executing production operations.
Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow, and schedule.
Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
Ensure production completion as per targets and deadlines.
Manage shop floor operations, system compliance, and 5S implementation.
Handle ERP Production module.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
Supervise and train production staff to enhance skill levels and performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
BE / BS / B. Tech (from recognized institutes).
Well aware of Production processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good command over MS Office.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years preferably in the automotive industry.
