We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Advanced Weld Shop to lead body shop production and drive operational excellence in our automotive manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7 years of relevant experience in Body Shop/Automotive Production.
- Strong knowledge of welding, body assembly, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S & TPM.
- Proven expertise in production management, process optimization, RCA/CAPA, and team leadership.
