ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION
We are looking for a resource who can accomplish the following responsibilities:
- To assist Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
- To coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures and best practices for production operations.
- Ensure production completion as per targets and deadlines.
- Shop floor management, system compliance and 5S.
- To handle ERP Production module.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Supervise and train production staff to enhance skill levels and performance.
Qualification & Skills:
- BE / BS / B. Tech (from recognized institutes)
- Well aware of Production processes.
- Excellent written & verbal communication.
- Good command over MS Office.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in the automotive industry.
