Power Cement, part of the Arif Habib Group, seeking candidates for the position of Supervisor Mechanical Cement Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational Supervision: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that project activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the work of team members, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues during project execution to minimize disruption to operations.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, equipment status, and team performance, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
