Position: Manager Production
Education: B.E (Mechanical/Polymer/Industrial Manufacturing).
Experience: 8 Years Preferably On Injection Molding Machine. Must be Hands ON and have own knowledge of machine operation and functionality.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi.
- Prepare production schedule as per requirement and monitor execution.
- Planning, co-ordination,, execution and control of manufacturing processes. This includes maintaining procedures & standardization of production system and company policy.
- Training of production team to ensure safety and production protocols are communicated, maintained, and monitored.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for production management system to meet agree departmental performance plans within agreed budgets & timescales.
- Design documentation & implementation of lean manufacturing techniques supporting the concept of kaizen (Continuous Improvement) to maintain rejection targets with product quality.
- Ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained as per defined company policy.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment/machine by liaising with maintenance department.
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production along with proposed solutions.
