Position: Accounts Officer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including receipts, journal vouchers, and accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, hotel current accounts, and supplier/customer ledger reconciliations.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and verify invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents before payment processing.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, variance analysis, and preparation of tax-related documentation.
Maintain proper financial records and support internal/external audits by providing required documents.

QUALIFICATION: Graduation in a relevant discipline

EXPERIENCE: 01-02 years of relevant work Experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Monitors Food & Beverage costs, inventory levels, and expense records to ensure accuracy.
Conducts regular checks of stores, receiving areas, and minibar operations to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Verifies invoices, GRNs, sales reports, and maintaining accurate cost records.
Assists in preparing monthly cost reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Supports procurement, portion control, and stock monitoring to control costs and minimize wastage.
Assists in monitoring daily Food & Beverage consumption and identifies discrepancies to support effective cost control
