Position : Asst. Sous Chef
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Support the head chef with meal preparation, cooking, and accurate recipe execution.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and fully stocked stations while ensuring strict food safety standards.
- Oversee ingredient quality, taste dishes for consistency, and ensure high-standard plating and presentation.
- Assist in supervising and training junior kitchen staff, helping coordinate workflow during busy service periods.
- Contribute to menu planning, suggest improvements, and collaborate with front-of-house staff for smooth service.
QUALIFICATION Graduation in Food Sciences
EXPERIENCE 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Implementing Food Safety Standards in perspective of HACCP.
- Ensuring Food Hygiene and Sanitation SOPs.
- Training of the food handlers according to the food safety principles.
- Check the food processing to ensure quality and food safety.
- Responsible for maintaining all ISO required Documents.
QUALIFICATION Graduation in Food Sciences
