Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) requires the services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts on a regular basis where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:

Position: Assistant Director Air Traffic Control (ATC) (EG-01)
Total Positions: 31

Pay Scale: 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880

QUALIFICATION:

Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University in the following disciplines:
- BS in Physics/Mathematics OR
- BS in Computer Science/Aviation Management with F.Sc/A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) OR
- Bachelor’s in Engineering
Minimum 70% aggregate CGPA from HEC recognized University with F.Sc/A-Levels (Pre-Engineering background) having a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent.

AGE:

Maximum 28 years with age relaxation as per the policy of the Government of Pakistan.

SITUATION VACANT NOTICE NO. 03/2024

Pakistan Airports Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following vacant posts on a contract basis for three (03) years (extendable). Selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:

Sr. Dy. Director Security (EG-04) – Three (03) Positions

Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferably in Engineering, Computers, Accounts, Audits)
- Aviation/Security-related courses
- Any other professional degree or training/courses related to Aviation Security will be an added qualification
- Minimum 05 years’ experience of handling security-related issues in aviation or other preferred fields
- Intelligence & Security-related courses from Military (Army/Navy/Airforce) or any other recognized & reputable organization (Police/IB) would be preferred
- Preferable experience in conducting Security Audits
- Experience in developing strategies and Aviation Security SOPs for the upkeep of security measures
- Experience in the Establishment and Implementation of a Quality Control Program for security-related issues
- Preference will be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications in the above prescribed areas
- Good understanding of cargo, catering, and flight operations security requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Aviation security-related laws and their implementation would be preferred
- Sound judgment, analytical and creative thinking, with strong managerial abilities
- High level of integrity and motivation
- Strong administrative skills such as decision-making, planning, and organizing abilities
- Knowledge of ICAO Standards and recommended practices pertaining to Aviation Security would be preferred
Quota & Pay:

- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 276,378/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Maximum 48 years (Including all age relaxations)

Surveyors / Draughtsman (SG-07) – Three (03) Positions

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (DAE) in Civil with 2nd Division
- Knowledge/Expertise in operating Total Station & D-GPS equipment and using AutoCAD, Google Earth, and GIS Software etc.
Quota & Pay:
- Merit
- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 107,275/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years (Including all age relaxations)

Civil Supervisor (SG-07) – Four (04) Positions

Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (DAE) in Civil Technology with at least 2nd Division
- 05 years’ experience in Estimation, Supervision of Civil Works with a reputable Engineering Organization
- Understanding of Computer Operations
Quota & Pay:
- Merit
- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 107,275/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years (Including all age relaxations)

Civil Assistant (SG-05) – Ten (10) Positions

Qualifications:
- F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) with minimum 70% marks OR equivalent, preferably with 06 months or more experience in Civil Works
Quota & Pay:
- Merit – 01, BAL – 01, KPK – 01, Punjab – 06, Sindh (R) – 01
- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 84,623/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Commercial Assistant (SG-05) – Seventeen (17) Positions

Qualifications:
- Intermediate with a minimum of 70% marks
Quota & Pay:
- Merit – 02, BAL – 01, Ex-FATA – 01, KPK – 09, Punjab – 09, Sindh (R) – 02
- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 84,623/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)

Cargo Assistant (SG-05) – Twenty (20) Positions

Qualifications:
- Intermediate with a minimum of 70% marks
Quota & Pay:
- Merit – 02, AJK – 01, BAL – 01, EX-FATA – 01, KPK – 02, Punjab – 11, Sindh (R) – 02
- Lump Sum Pay Package equivalent to a Gross Pay of Rs. 84,623/- per month with a 05% annual increment (Negotiable as per policy)
Age Limit: Minimum 23 years (age relaxation shall be applicable as per Rules)
