Pak-Qatar Group is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Digital Sales Department at our Head Office in Karachi.
Position: TeleSales Executive
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in TeleSales, call center, or direct sales (insurance, takaful or banking sector experience will be an added advantage)
(Fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B. Com / BBA / Equivalent)
Key Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets in a structured environment
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote digital products/services
Achieve monthly sales targets through effective Telesales techniques
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance
