PEL is looking for a Parts Executive in Lahore. The ideal candidate must have a MBA / BBA in Supply Chain (or equivalent) with 3โ5 years of experience in inventory coordination, procurement, and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Foreign Procurement & Imports & Logistics Department for import consignments.
Compile part orders for new models and initiate Oracle code generation.
Visit local markets to explore alternate or available parts.
Liaise with IT for development and resolution of system issues related to parts.
Support areas in scrap clearance and reconciliation verification.
Coordinate with local procurement for timely receipt of parts.
Verify local purchases and consumption reports from different areas.
Monitor and manage Min/Max inventory levels across assigned locations.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, Oracle, and MS Excel.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Demonstrated abilities in planning, organization, and time/stress management.
Accountability and thoroughness in documentation and follow-up.
