HIRING Assistant Manager Civil

Reporting to: Manager Projects & Infrastructure

Location: Lahore

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• This job is 30% project & 70% facility management
• Coordination with end-users for collection of facility or project requirement
• Assisting in development of facility & infrastructure design
• Prepare project budgets & facilities maintenance estimates
• Integrate value engineering effort with engineering consultants
• Identify resources (contractors) for execution of project or facility maintenance
• Develop specifications for the jobs with stakeholders
• Ensure compliant execution in line with the law and company policy
• Execute jobs in conformance to the specifications (Quality Management System)
• Do in-house basic engineering (including structural & Geotech, Steel & RCC)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelors in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Good structural engineering concepts (Steel & RCC)
• Basic knowledge of codes (BCP, AISC, UBC, IBC etc.)
• Construction QMS & ITP, Project Management Knowledge areas
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SAP2000/ ETABS/ STAAD
• (Preferable) MS Project, Primavera, REVIT, BIM
