Our sister concern, 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 is looking for a motivated HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations to join our team.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Lahore
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Support attendance, leave, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs and processes.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Recruitment & Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
