A fast-growing Chinese EV Bike Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team!
📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
💰 Salary: PKR 100,000 – 120,000
Key Requirements:
✅ 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist
✅ Ability to independently manage end-to-end HR functions
✅ Experience in the Retail/Sales industry will be preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of:
1: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
2: Payroll Management
3: Employee Relations
4: Attendance & Leave Management
5: Performance Management
6: Pakistan Labour Laws
🎓 Qualification:
1:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💻 Skills:
1: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
3: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
