We’re seeking an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Maintain accurate trust account balances aligned with customer wallet balances
• Perform transactional reconciliation and settlements for all 1-Link transactions, including complaint management
• Reconcile settlement accounts and ensure timely settlement of disputed claims
• Proactively manage settlements for IBFTs, cash withdrawals, UPB top-ups, and POS disputed transactions
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve disputes and queries
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a banking environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong analytical skills
