Weโre seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Reconciliation and Settlement to lead our team and manage daily BAU operations. The successful candidate will oversee settlement and reconciliation processes, ensure accurate and timely fund disbursements, and collaborate with banks and payment processors.
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes
Ensure accurate and timely fund disbursements to merchants
Lead and support a team of reconciliation specialists
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in merchant transactions
Coordinate with Bank and other stakeholders
Prepare reports on settlement, reconciliation, and chargeback activities
Continuously review and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Collaborate with other departments to resolve merchant transaction issues
