| Taxation & Compliance Manager | Own corporate tax filings, SECP regulatory compliance, and NBFI reporting frameworks. | 2+ years of experience in taxation, corporate law, & regulatory compliance within financial services. |
| Senior Data Analyst | Build automated financial models in Excel/Power BI and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams. | Advanced SQL skills (CTEs, window functions), PowerPoint reporting, and Python automation. |
| Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst | Drive budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term strategic growth modeling. | Strong financial modeling skills, deep understanding of corporate finance, and high proficiency in Excel. |
| Credit Portfolio Analyst | Monitor portfolio health, evaluate risk metrics, and optimize credit underwriting strategies for digital lending. | Strong analytical mindset, experience in risk management, data-driven decision-making, and SQL skills. |
| Technology Manager | Own tech operations, API integrations, vendor management, and sprint planning with development teams. | 5–8 years in tech (2+ years in fintech/banking), hands-on with APIs/SQL, and familiar with 1Link & Raast. |
