We Are HIRING Filler operator – Sidel & Krones

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform smooth and efficient machine operation at rated speed & follow quality standards.
• Perform preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance independently.
• Maintain daily checklists & logs related to the machine. Perform troubleshooting of Filler and Mixer.
• Ensure proper handling and record of Raw Materials to Machine. Maintain cleaning (GMP) and sanitation of filling area, production hall. Start-Up, end of production, Change Over and closing of line according to SOP’s.
• Perform CIP of PET line as per SOP.
• Operate mixers as per SOP.
• Verify Minimum Mandates as per plan and maintain record.
• Support and facilitate Line Supervisor achieving the set targets timely.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical
• 3-5 years experience in Beverages/FMCG.
