We’re Hiring: Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities:
- Order Execution & Merchandising: Coordinate customer orders for relief tents, frame shelters, tarpaulins, and technical fabrics from initial sample development through bulk production and final packing.
- Cross-Departmental Alignment: Work closely with Factory Planning, Cutting, Stitching, and Quality Control departments to ensure adherence to daily production targets.
- Technical Tender & RFQ Support: Assist the commercial team in reviewing technical tender specifications, supporting Bill of Materials (BOM) estimates, lab testing coordination and quotation proposals.
- Export & Logistics Coordination: Maintain TNA planning, and dispatch timelines in coordination with logistics teams and shipping lines.
- Client Correspondence: Manage daily status/queries updates for international humanitarian and commercial buyers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Merchandising, preferably in textile/export manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of order execution, TNA, BOM, and production follow-up.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience with international clients/export orders will be preferred.
