Job Description:
- Communicate with legal advisors, APTMA and other corporate consultants of the company
- Compile and maintain legal documents and relevant correspondence
- Devise strategy for closure of all legal matters in a timely manner
- Represent company in apex, civil courts and utility offices
- File legal documents and case documents
- Assist company secretary in all matters of corporate compliances
Key Requirements:
- Strong critical and legal reasoning skills
- Sound judgement with strong decision making skills
- Detailed oriented and persuasive individual
