NIB Bank Branch Operations Trainee Programme 2016:Â What is the NIB Bank Branch Operations Trainee Program (BOTP)? NIB Bank’s Branch Operation Trainee Program is designed to recruit, train and develop young talent to pursue rewarding careers in modern-day banking. Specifically, the NIB Bank BOTP opens the doors to career-oriented permanent positions in branch banking operations for fresh graduates. Opportunities The NIB BOTP entails extensive training in branch banking and is a certificate program to develop skills in modern banking practices.
Post-certification, candidates will be placed in branches with frequent development opportunities and will experience on-the-job-training rotations in different areas of operations before their final placement.
Qualifying criteria
Education: B.Com / BSc/ BBA
Age: 26 years (Maximum)
Experience: Not mandatory
Selection / Assessment Procedure: The selection process for the NIB Bank BOTP is as follows:
