Netkom Technologies is looking for Project Coordinator
Location: Islamabad

We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to undertake a variety of administrative and project management tasks. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. We are looking for a multi-talented personality preferably with some background in training/teaching roles.

Technical Requirements:

Must have technical background (IT/CS/Engineering) with 03 years of experience in business development roles preferred.
Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
Responsible for evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You may also be required to update process documents if and when required.
Experience in handling RFA’s, RFP’s and RFQ’s developing quotes and proposals for clients and collaborators.
An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems.
Manage several aspects of project planning and execution.
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Proficient in Office tools (Spreadsheets, Presentations)

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information with clarity.
Ability to build strong alliances and trust with colleagues, stakeholders and clients and to establish credibility and work cooperatively with others.
Enthusiasm and motivation to embed new knowledge and to take full ownership of the project in all respects.
Forward thinking and capable of adapting quickly to a new environment and working in a new sector.
Highly driven, self-starting and pro-active, and with the ability to work on their own initiative and in a team to meet deadlines and to prioritize tasks.

Desirables:

Preferably Masters’ degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
Some experience or exposure in Data science /analytics.
International exposure
