CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: The National Energy Efficiency & Conservation Authority (NEECA), under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), is mandated to initiate, catalyze, and coordinate energy conservation activities. NEECA seeks dynamic Pakistani professionals for the following contract positions (extendable based on performance):

1. Joint Director (Monitoring, Policy, Innovation, Program & Research) (NPG-II)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Policy/Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

2. Deputy Director (IT, Web & Social Media) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with IT and verifiable experience with Web Applications.

3. Deputy Director (Engineering) (NPG-III)

Posts: 4
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal Power, Energy) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable professional experience.

4. Deputy Director (Finance & Accounts) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: ACCA/ACMA or Master’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable professional experience.

5. Deputy Director (Human Resources) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

6. Deputy Director (Planning, Policy, Innovation, Program & Research) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Public Policy/Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Policy/Planning: At least 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

7. Deputy Director (IT, Web & Social Media) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with IT and verifiable experience.

8. Deputy Director (Legal Enforcement) (NPG-III)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 45 Years
Qualification: Law degree (LLB/LLM) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

9. Senior Assistant Director (IT, Web & Social Media) (NPG-4)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

10. Senior Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) (NPG-4)

Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

11. Senior Assistant Director (Engineering) (NPG-4)

Posts: 2
Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal Power, Energy) from an HEC-recognized university. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification recognized and verifiable professional experience.

12. Senior Assistant Director (Human Resources) (NPG-4)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 40 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

13. Assistant Director (Finance & Accounts) (NPG-5)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or Business Administration.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

14. Assistant Director (Engineering) (NPG-5)

Posts:5
Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal Power, Energy) from an HEC-recognized university. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy) from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

15. Assistant Director (Admin & Coordination) (NPG-5)

Posts: 2
Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

16. Assistant Director (PPIPR) (NPG-5)

Posts: 1
Age Limit: 35 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy/Economics/Social Sciences or a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification recognized and verifiable experience.

Terms & Conditions:

Candidates should apply only if they fulfill the eligibility criteria of the post.
The candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel and shall provide NOC at the time of interview.
Age relaxation has been already included in upper age limit. No further age relaxation will be given.
NEECA offers market competitive salary along with other benefits in accordance with NEECA Service Regulations.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for test/interview.
NEECA reserves the right to reject any or all applications, cancel the recruitment process or whole, increase/decrease the number of posts as per requirement against any post at any stage without assigning any reason.
