PACKING STORE INCHARGE ONLY FOR KARACHI
Naurus (Pvt.) Limited is one of the leading food processing industries of Pakistan. We are looking for a Packing Store Incharge to join our team at our S.I.T.E, Karachi premises.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the packing store.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuance of packing materials.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate store inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO and ensure materials are stored as per quality & safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Production & QA departments for daily material requirements.
- Prepare GRNs, material issuance notes, and maintain all store documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance within the store area.
- Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Report stock discrepancies, goods return, damages, or material shortages to management promptly.
Skills Set:
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office & ERP systems
- Knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures
- Ability to manage staff and handle store operations efficiently
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Packing Store (Food or FMCG industry preferred)
