Situations Vacant: Applications are invited from suitable Pakistani nationals having prescribed qualification/experience for appointments on contract/temporary basis for a period of 06 months (Extendable) under Development Project titled “Semiconductor Chip Design Facilitation Centre & Network Establishment (SCDFC&NE)”.

Post 1: Consultant (PPS-9)

• No of Posts: 01
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit
• Qualification/Experience: Ph.D./MS/M.Phil/BS/BE/MSc in Electronics/Electrical or relevant fields with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Microelectronics/Chip design and commercialization of novel products and services.
• Age Limit: 40-62

Post 2: Senior Design Engineer (PPS-8)

• No of Posts: 01
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Punjab
• Qualification/Experience: MS/M.Phil/BS/BE/M.Sc in Electronics/Electrical or relevant fields. Minimum 05 years of experience in the field of microelectronics chip design. Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience on EDA tools.
• Age Limit: 30-50

Post 3: Design Engineer (PPS-7)

• No of Posts: 02
• Regional/Provincial Quota: KPK-01, Sindh (R)-01
• Qualification/Experience: MS/M.Phil/BS/BE/M.Sc in Electronics/Electrical or relevant fields with minimum 03 years of experience in the field of microelectronics and chip design. Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience on EDA tools.
• Age Limit: 25-45

Post 4: Support Engineer (PPS-7)

• No of Posts: 01
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Punjab
• Qualification/Experience: MS/BS/M.Sc Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Minimum 03 years of experience in operation and maintenance of local networks and computer systems.
• Age Limit: 25-45

Terms & Conditions:

3. All vacancies will be filled on merit basis by observing regional/provincial quota as per Federal Govt. Rules.
4. Incomplete, time barred or received after due date and by hand applications will not be entertained.
5. Government employees may apply for project posts. However, if any Government employee is selected on a project post, he/she will have to resign from Government service before appointment.
6. No additional facility in addition to revised standard pay package, shall be admissible for Development Project employees.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
9. The Organization reserves the right to stop recruitment process at any stage.
10. Application should be submitted within 15 days of the publication of advertisement.

Post 1: Plant Engineer (PPS-7)

• No of Posts: 01
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Merit
• Qualification / Experience: MS / BS Electrical / Electronic Engineer relevant field. Experience with concerning chemical process, operation and maintenance of machines and PCBs design and fabrication experience is mandatory.
• Age Limit: 25-45

Post 2: Technical Associate (PPS-5)

• No of Posts: 03
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Sindh (R)-01, Sindh (U)-01, KPK-01
• Qualification / Experience: DAE (IT) / DIT, diploma or equivalent in relevant fields experience in operating and maintaining computers and office equipment. Mandatory experience for screen printing and Gerber/CADCAM tool.
• Age Limit: 25-45

Post 3: Attendant (PPS-1)

• No of Posts: 01
• Regional/Provincial Quota: Local
• Qualification / Experience: Matriculate, Experience preferable
• Age Limit: 30-45
