Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements

Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in system administration, knowledge of Linux, and virtualization technology
Knowledge of software automation tools for production systems
Experience of web servers, GIT, CI/CD pipelines, etc.
Certification in VMware vSphere, RedHat Linux Administrator or Data Center Virtualization will be preferred

Skills and Competencies

Should possess expertise in the following:
- OS Linux (RedHat, CentOS, Oracle Linux)
- Webserver (apache-tomcat, IBM WebSphere, etc.)
- Version control and release management like Gitlab, Github, Bitbucket
- Bash Scripting
- Any backup software experience

Responsibilities, Skills, and Experience Requirements

Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in deployment of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, PKI, exchange server and open-source platforms
Excellent knowledge of Antivirus and patch management solution
Hands-on experience of backup and application whitelisting tools
Certification in MCSE, MCP, MCDA, Exchange 2013/2014, Hyper or SCCM will be preferred

Skills and Competencies

Should possess expertise in the following:
- Network and domain administration skills
- Technical writing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Be able to work in shifts for service monitoring and troubleshooting

Practical experience of middleware technologies (IBM WebSphere/Oracle WebLogic)
Hand on experience on integration of end points with Network management solutions like Solar winds, PRTG, Manage engine
Certification in MCSE, Tivoli (IBM) or Solar Winds will be preferred

Skills and Competencies

Should possess expertise in the following:
- Relevant working experience in NOC
- OS and NMS configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
- Willing to provide L1 support for DC related operations
- Be able to work in night shifts and on rotation

Bachelors (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Cyber Security
Masters in Cyber Security will be preferred

Professional Experience:

Minimum 8 years post-graduation experience, with at least 3 years in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance roles
Certification in ISO-27001, CISA, and CGEIT will be preferred

Skills and Competencies:

Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, and CIS Controls
