Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel for its Head Office based in Clifton Karachi.

The incumbent would be responsible to provide legal support assistance across various departments. He would be required to assist in handling litigation, preliminary drafting and managing legal matters, along with ensuring timely initiation of legal proceedings and appearance in courts, chambers and police stations etc.

The ideal candidate must possess knowledge and understanding of Civil Law & Criminal law and should have good drafting and communication skills.

Qualification: Graduate/ LLB
Experience Required: 2-3 years of relevant working experience

Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a Senior Accountant – Taxation for its Head Office based in Clifton, Karachi.

The incumbent must have good knowledge of Accounts & Taxation as they would be responsible for processing rental payments of rental premises, calculating Withholding Tax on rental payments, collecting tax challans deducted by the customers on supplies, reconciliation of various accounts, preparation of schedules related to Monthly and Annual closings and all other assignments assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualification: ACCA/ACMA (Qualified / Partly qualified), MBA, BS.
Experience: 3 years of experience in Accounts/Finance or Taxation.
