• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related information technology field.
• 2 years of experience with programming languages such SQL Server coding.

• Experience in administering, managing and tuning databases.
• Good understanding of data and schema standards and concepts.
• Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Expertise in SQL.

• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience: 2 Years

Job Profile:

• Customer service experience.
• Superior communication skills (English required).
• Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant software applications and equipment.
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Exemplary attendance and punctuality

Tools / Skills:

• Carecloud or EHR/ EMR and/or Practice Management experience
• Medical experience.
• Familiar with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Basic understanding of JSON syntax.
• Basic understanding of SQL (would be helpful but not required).
• Familiar with CareCloud, Salesforce (would be helpful but not required).
• Clover device experience (would be helpful but not required).
• Teaching and training experience.
• Windows and Mac troubleshooting experience.
• Solid understanding of mobile devices (IOS).
