The Position will be responsible for smooth & efficient functioning of operational & administrative activities of branch by increasing the business revenue & maintaining branch profitability.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Book shipments & Sentiments orders of walk-in customers & offers them other M&P services
- Ensures security checks of each shipment
- Submits cash sale within the specified time
- Ensures timely delivery & pickup of material Â
- Visits existing clients and makes new to increase the business & revenue of the Branch.
- Ensures timely recovery from clients & submission to Company’s account Â
- Ensures 100% implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
- Creates full awareness & understanding amongst the staff of all the instructions issued from Area/Head Office Â
- Training & Counseling of staff
- Handles the inquiries/complaints of customers and replies them promptly & courteously to resolve their inquiries/complaints
- Maintains cleanliness of Branch Office Â
Qualification Graduate/Masters
Experience Minimum 5 years
Age Minimum 28 years
