Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (ATL &
BTL). - Conduct market and consumer research to support brand strategies.
- Support digital marketing efforts including social media, content creation,
and performance tracking. - Help organize promotional events, sampling drives, and trade marketing
activities. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, and –
Product Development. - Monitor competitor activity and assist in preparing market analysis reports.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and the FMCG industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
