Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG) is a progressive industrial group and has interest in Sugar, Paper & Board, Distillery, Cement, Packaging, Power, Engineering and Trading Sectors. We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.

Chemical Engineer / Senior Chemical Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Ensure starch cooking process as per standard.
• Ensure starch and additives applications as per product quality requirements.
• Dyes solutions preparations and applications as per product quality requirements.
• Maintain necessary inventory of required chemicals to avoid any stoppage.
• Research and development for cost reduction of chemicals and starch.
• Plan and conduct trials to evaluate new sources and make ROI.
• Training and development of shifts staff.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Paper & Board Industry.
