Project Title: Archiving and Digitization of Legislations and Records of Ministry of Law and Justice

Available Positions

1. Content Writer (PPS-7)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Quota: Merit
• Max Age: 35
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification and Experience:
  • Law graduate (LLB) from a reputable local or foreign university, recognized by HEC of Pakistan. Preferable qualification includes a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) with additional qualifications in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Writing and relevant fields. Strong background in computers, technology, and non-print materials format. Experience in Digitization/Archival projects is preferred.

2. Preserver (PPS-6)

• Number of Posts: 1
• Quota: Merit
• Max Age: 33
• Place of Posting: Islamabad
• Qualification and Experience:
  • Graduate with a Diploma/Certification in Document Preservation.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.

Important Instructions / Information

1. Application Submission: Incomplete applications and those received after the closing date will not be entertained.
2. Document Verification: Candidates must present original documents along with attested copies of degrees/certificates issued by HEC-recognized institutions during the Test/Interview. Any false information may result in disqualification and legal action.
3. Age Relaxation: As per Federal Government policy.
4. No TA/DA: No travel allowance will be provided for the Test/Interview.
5. Government Employees: Candidates already in government service must apply through the proper channel.
6. Post Availability: The Ministry reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts at any time.
7. Eligibility: Only those fulfilling eligibility criteria will be called for the Test/Interview.
